Start the tour at Plantação de Ananás dos Açores (pineapple plantation) to learn all about how its farming became popular, despite not fitting the climate of the island.
After that, take a stroll through the center of Ponta Delgada and visit the Main Church (São Sebastião), an Ex-Libris of this city due to its complex features and history.
Next, we head to one of the most iconic town squares in the Azores and the largest one in São Miguel Island, Campo de São Francisco (Town Square). Surrounded by historical buildings, this place is reminiscent of 19th Century Azores.
Then, we head to Ermida da Mãe de Deus, where you can get a panoramic view of Ponta Delgada’s Port, as well as most of the city.
Finish the tour by heading to Cerâmica Vieira, the first pottery factory in the Azores, where you can watch the whole process of making traditional clay Azorean dishware.
Note: The itinerary may vary on Sundays due to the weekly closure of the Vieira Cerâmica factory.

Comece o passeio na Plantação de Ananás dos Açores para ficar a saber tudo sobre como a sua cultura se tornou popular, apesar de não se adaptar ao clima da ilha.
De seguida, passeamos pelo centro de Ponta Delgada e visitamos a Igreja Matriz (São Sebastião), um Ex-Libris desta cidade devido às suas características complexas e à sua história.
De seguida, dirigimo-nos a uma das praças mais emblemáticas dos Açores e a maior da ilha de São Miguel, o Campo de São Francisco. Rodeado de edifícios históricos, este local faz lembrar os Açores do século XIX.
De seguida, seguimos para a Ermida da Mãe de Deus, onde se pode ter uma vista panorâmica do Porto de Ponta Delgada, bem como de grande parte da cidade.
Terminamos o passeio com uma visita à *Cerâmica Vieira, a primeira fábrica de cerâmica dos Açores, onde se pode assistir a todo o processo de fabrico da loiça tradicional açoriana em barro.
